Baked Cottage Cheese Cake with Raisins

- 600 g cottage cheese
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 6 tbsp. semolina or flour
- 8 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 g vanillin or 2 tsps. pure vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 150 g raisins
Mix in cottage cheese with eggs, vanilla extract and sugar. Make sure that the ingredients will be nicely combined.
Add semolina (or flour of your choice) together with baking powder and sour cream. Do not forget raisins! Stir the mixture once more.
Let semolina to expand, leave the mixture for 30 minutes.
Bake cottage cheese casserole in preheated oven at 180 °C/375 °F. Before pouring casserole mixture into the cake form, you should thoroughly smear all the sides with butter. Your casserole should be ready in 30 minutes. The top should become slightly brown.
Before serving, let the cottage cheese with raisins casserole cool down slightly. It is better consumed still warm!
