Ingredients
100gcornmeal
200 mlwater
200mlmilk
10gunsalted butter
10gsugar (or to your taste)

Rinse cornmeal under running water. You better use a strainer with a fine mash. I did not have one, so I placed cornmeal in a bowl, several times and filled it with water until the drained water was clear. Be careful not to drain cornmeal with it.
Take a saucepan in which you are going to make your porridge, pour the listed amount of water, and bring it to a boil on high heat.
Rinsed cornmeal add to the boiling water, and keep constantly stirring while pouring it inside.
Add sugar and salt next; lower the heat to a minimum.
Keep cooking cornmeal in water for 10 minutes in a saucepan covered with a lid. Do not forget to stir cornmeal porridge to prevent it from burning.
While you have cornmeal cooking, let’s warm up milk. When the water cooks off, pour warmed-up milk. Stir the porridge.
While cooking cornmeal in milk, you should continue to stir porridge constantly. Make sure that the heat is low and you can cover the pot with a lid again. It will take you around 15 minutes to get porridge to the consistency that you need.
Add butter and set aside a covered pot for 10 minutes.
Serve on your favorite plate with dried fruits and nuts.
