Baked Potato Wedges Recipe
I want to share with you one of the easiest and most delicious recipes that you can make in the oven at home – baked juicy potato wedges with crispy golden crust.

a pinch of thyme
a pinch of dried dill
freshly ground black pepper to your taste
Peel potatoes and rinse them thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry and cut into wedges, lengthwise. Depending on the size, you will get 4 to 6 wedges from 1 potato.
Place potato wedges in a saucepan and cover with water. Put it on the high heat, get water to a boil and cook potatoes for next 3 minutes.
After blanching potatoes in a saucepan, drain all the water and let potatoes to cool down a bit.
Preheat oven at 220°C/425°F.
Combine all the spices and seasoning in a bowl and cover them with oil. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Cover potato wedges with mixture of spices and oil. To get all the wedges covered evenly, I cover saucepan with a lid and shake it several times, gently.
Cover baking tray with a foil, smear it with oil and place potato wedges in one layer, leaving some space in between.
Bake potato wedges in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden and crispy crust forms. Best served with your favorite type of sauce. I have some options for you to choose from. Enjoy!
