Place the oats into a food processor or a blender. Grind them until they reach a somewhatpowder-like consistency. On the other hand, you can use a preground type of oatsthe so-called “milled oats”.
Combine oats with water in a small saucepan and heat it on the stove. Let the oats cookin boiling water for several minutes on low to medium heat until it becomes a glue-likemixture.
Letit cool down before using it further.
