Ingredients
240gstick-style imitation crab
2tomatoes
1red bell pepper
200gsemi-hard cheese
1-2tbsps.mayonnaise
2garlic cloves
salt and red pepper spice
Instructions
Cut crabsticks into thin slices and place them in the deep mixing bowl.
Rinse vegetables under running water, pat them dry with paper towels.
Cut tomatoes into thin slices and add them to the bowl with crabsticks.
Cut bell pepper in the shape of thin slices and then combine it with other ingredients.
Grate cheese using extra-course grater. I like to match the size of all ingredients to one shape in one salad.
Combine pressed garlic and mayo to make sauce for the salad. Stir it in, season salad with salt if necessary, add red pepper for more vibrant colors, and flavor. Carefully mix the salad, place it in the fridge for some time to cool it down a bit.
Before setting the tables for dinner, simply move it to the serving plate. Enjoy your meal!
