Ingredients
1catfish steak (600 g);
1tomato
1onion
½lemon
1tbsp.olive oil
herbs (rosemary, thyme, dry parsley)
salt, pepper
Instructions
Rinse the catfish steak well under running water; pat it dry with paper towels, and place it in a large bowl. Squeeze ½ lemon into a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Make sure to cover both sides of a fish steak in marinade. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Slice the onion into the shape that you want. Take a large piece of foil and place the sliced onion in the center. Sprinkle with dry herbs.
Place sliced tomato over onion.
Smear marinated steak with olive oil, sprinkle over some more herbs and place catfish steak over veggies.
Wrap catfish with vegetables tightly with foil. Preheat oven to 200 °C/400 °F and bake for 20 minutes. Open foil and bake steak for an additional 10 minutes. It will give your steak a nice golden color.
