- Rinse the catfish steak well under running water; pat it dry with paper towels, and place it in a large bowl. Squeeze ½ lemon into a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Make sure to cover both sides of a fish steak in marinade. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

- Slice the onion into the shape that you want. Take a large piece of foil and place the sliced onion in the center. Sprinkle with dry herbs.

- Place sliced tomato over onion.

- Smear marinated steak with olive oil, sprinkle over some more herbs and place catfish steak over veggies.
