  • 1 catfish steak (600 g);
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 onion;
  • ½ lemon;
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil;
  • herbs (rosemary, thyme, dry parsley);
  • salt, pepper.

How to bake catfish with vegetables in the oven:

  • Nicely wash catfish steak under running water, pat it with paper towels until dry and place in a large bowl. Have ½ lemon squeezed into the bowl and add salt, pepper to your taste. Make sure that both sides of a fish steak will be covered in marinade. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
