600gcottage cheese
4tbsp.sugar
6tbsp.semolina or flour
8tbsp.sour cream
1tsp.baking powder
2gvanillin or 2 tsps. pure vanilla extract
4eggs
150graisins
Instructions
Mix in cottage cheese with eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar. Make sure that the ingredients will be nicely combined.
Add semolina (or flour of your choice) with baking powder and sour cream. Do not forget raisins! Stir the mixture once more.
Let semolina expand, leave the mixture for 30 minutes.
Bake cottage cheese casserole in a preheated oven at 180 °C/375 °F. Before pouring the casserole mixture into the cake form, you should thoroughly smear all the sides with butter. Your casserole should be ready in 30 minutes. The top should become slightly brown.
Before serving, let the cottage cheese with raisins casserole cool down slightly. It is better consumed still warm!
