250gpuff pastry sheets

Instructions
You need to thaw puff pastry sheets before using them. Take the pastry out of the freezer and leave it in the fridge overnight. Sprinkle some flour over the work surface. Place the puff pastry sheet and sprinkle some extra flour over it, too.
Roll out the sheet in length with a rolling pin.
With a knife cut a thin pastry sheet into long stripes 2-3 centimeters wide.
Roll up each hot dog from top to bottom as shown in the picture.
Preheat oven to 350ºF/180°C.
Take a baking tray and cover it with parchment paper. Arrange the rolls evenly leaving some space between them.
Whisk an egg in a bowl and smear the top surface of each puff pastry roll with an egg mixture.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
Bake pigs in a blanket for 20-25 minutes until the crust becomes golden. Let them cool down before serving!
