200ground/short grain rice

Instructions
Before making anything with rice on the stove, do not forget to rinse it thoroughly. I tend to do this the following way: take a bowl and add rice, pour cold water to fully cover the grain in the bowl, and then drain the water; repeat these steps until drained water becomes transparent. I had to pour water at least 5 times.
Pour a specified amount of water into the pot with rinsed rice. Place it on the high heat on the stove.
When water boils reduce heat to a minimum for water to simmer slightly.
It will take you from 10 to 15 minutes to get all the water evaporated from the rice.
Then I pour milk into the pot with boiled rice. My tip will be to warm up milk in a saucepan before pouring it into the pot.
Add a pinch of salt. Bring milk to a boil on high heat and then reduce it again to a minimum.
Cook rice with milk for 10 minutes and keep constantly stirring, as there is a high possibility of burning it on the stove. Do not leave porridge out of your sight while it is boiling on the stove.
The amount of milk I gave in the list of ingredients is approximate. You can have the consistency that you prefer in the porridge by adding more or less milk. Bear in mind that porridge stiffens while getting cold. Add sugar.
When the porridge is ready, take it from the heat and add butter. Cover the pot with a lead and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
