When you wrote “How much caffeine is in one spoon of instant coffee?” you did not say if it is a level spoon or not? You can only measure accurately if it is in level spoons, as rounded spoon can mean any amount that will not fall off the spoon.
What are you definitions for level teaspoon and tablespoon volumes? Definition must be for level as used to measure liquids. In Australia we have definitions of metric teaspoon = 5ml and metric tablespoon = 4 times as much = 20ml.
