Ingredients for Homemade Cheesecake Bites with Cottage Cheese:

- 200 g cottage cheese (or farmer cheese);
- 30 g butter, unsalted;
- 30 g powdered sugar;
- 200 g milk chocolate bar.
How to make no-bake mini cheesecakes using cottage cheese:
- First, we are going to melt chocolate using a water bath. Break chocolate bar into small pieces and make sure to take a heatproof bowl. Be careful not to burn yourself because of the steam. There is always an option to use a microwave to melt chocolate until liquid.

- You will need silicone baking cups for the recipe. Using a silicone brush spread evenly one layer of melted chocolate over the bottom and the sides of the forms. Let them sit in the freezer for five to seven minutes. When the first layer freezers, take the forms out and spread another layer of glaze. Put forms into the freezer for five minutes once again.

- Meanwhile, let us make the cottage cheese filling. Combine butter, cottage cheese, and powdered sugar in a bowl. It will be better if you let the butter sit at room temperature until it is soft.

- Blend the ingredients into a nice smooth mixture.

- Take forms with chocolate glazing out of the freezer and fill them with cottage cheese mixture.

- Spread chocolate over the top of the filling to make the final layer.

- Let your glazed mini cheesecakes sit in the fridge at least an hour before serving (in the fridge not in the freezer). Now you can remove silicone forms very carefully.

- You can serve this delicious cottage cheese dessert with any type of jam, syrup, or even spread. Enjoy with your favorite type of hot drink!
