  • 1 sheet (600 g) frozen puff pastry, thawed in advance;
  • 500 g minced meat (of your choice);
  • 250 g potatoes;
  • 1 onion, chopped;
  • 1 egg;
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed;
  • 10 g sesame seeds;
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste.

How to make meat pie with puff pastry at home:

  • Take frozen puff pastry out of the freezer in advance and thaw it in the fridge overnight.
  • Preheat oven at 350ºF/180°C.
  • In a deep bowl, combine minced beef with thinly chopped onion and pressed garlic.
