The key to this salad is layering each ingredient and spreading the dressing carefully between them. Everything works together harmoniously, enhancing each other’s flavors. The combination of tangy prunes and the slight tartness of walnuts creates an amazing pairing with boiled chicken fillet.

To add some acidity and juiciness, add grated apples. When shopping for apples, opt for green ones that’re more tart than sweet. The recipe suggests using mayo for the dressing, but you can also use sour cream, plain yogurt, or a mix of these options. Enjoy!
