Classic Portuguese recipe of chocolate salami contains almonds, dark chocolate, and port wine alongside cookies. Mine is a slight interpretation of the recipe where I used all the ingredients that were in my kitchen at that moment. You always can use any type of nuts that you like or just mix several types of nuts together (hazelnuts, peanuts, pistachios and, of course, almonds).

It is no-bake type of dessert but unfortunately, it still takes time to make, as you need to leave it in the fridge for several hours. Therefore, you need to cook it in advance before you intend to serve it.
