Ingredients for Fluffy Omelet:

- 4 medium-sized eggs;
- 150 ml milk;
- ½ tsp. vegetable oil;
- 10 g unsalted butter;
- ¼ tsp. salt and herbs to your taste.
How to make a puffy omelet in the oven at home:
- Beat 4 eggs into a deep bowl and add salt (other seasonings to your taste). You always can adjust the level of salt and herbs to your liking.

- Mix eggs with a fork, without beating.

- Pour a necessary amount of milk into the bowl.

- Lightly mix milk with the eggs, making sure to have a smooth mixture in the end.

- Take a casserole dish or a baking pan and smear it with vegetable oil. The smaller your form for baking, the higher your omelet. So, pour the mixture inside the pan and place it in the preheated oven.

- Bake omelet soufflé for 20 minutes at 400ºF/200°C. During baking omelet will puff up but after you will take it out of the oven it can slightly deflate.

- When omelet is still hot, smear its top with unsalted butter. Cut puffy omelet into serving pieces and sprinkle it with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
