I love having pancakes and crepes for breakfast. But sometimes, you want to add that something extra trying to make them more perfect. So, yesterday I made banana pancakes for the first time and I liked them. And more pleasant bonus, you will spend only 10-15 minutes (depending on the amount) to cook them for breakfast or any other meal. The recipe for these milk-based banana pancakes is simple and easy to follow; they turn out very tasty and delightful.  

You have endless ways to adjust this meal by adding different types of syrup, honey and condescended milk, berries, fruits and your favorite type of nuts.

Ingredients for Banana Pancakes

  • 350 ml milk;
  • 180 g all-purpose flour;
  • 2 tbsp. oil;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tbsp. sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 1 banana.

How to make tasty banana pancakes at home:

  • In a deep mixing bowl, combine milk at room temperature, one egg, oil and dry ingredients: sugar, a pinch of salt.

P.S. I shared the recipe with my friend and she had some problems with it. Pancakes wouldn’t puff up. Make sure that your skillet is hot before placing the batter to avoid the problem for the future.
