- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp. sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 tsp. baking powder;
- 1 banana.
How to make tasty banana pancakes at home:
- In a deep mixing bowl, combine milk at room temperature, one egg, oil, and dry ingredients: sugar, and a pinch of salt.

- Whisk all the ingredients until they combine into one smooth texture.

- Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces, and place them in the blender cup.

- Blend the banana into the puree state.

- Add banana to the batter and stir until combined.

- Stir flour with baking powder through a sieve. Add sieved ingredients in bunches into the main mixture, stirring it at the same time.

- You can use a mixer or blender to mix all the ingredients into one smooth batter. The batter should be rather thick and should slowly drain from the spoon.

- Heat dry skillet over high heat and then lower heat to medium. Place batter with a tablespoon on a dry surface. Cover the skillet with a lid. Literally, in 30 seconds bubbles will appear on the surface of a pancake, turn it to the other side and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Or until both sides turn golden.
