  • 2 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 500 g chopped tomatoes in tomato juice;
  • 100 g green peas, frozen;
  • 100 g corn kernels, frozen;
  • 100 g green beans;
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • 1 l beef stock;
  • 2 tbsps. olive oil;
  • 1 tsp. Italian herbs mix;
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste.

How to make hamburger soup at home:

  • Chop onion and garlic into the smallest pieces you can. Cut carrot into medium-sized cubes.

  • Sauté onion and garlic for several minutes until semisoft and translucent in a pot on medium heat on the stove.
