It is best when served fresh. Chop the vegetables, add pressed garlic together with mayo, mix, and the salad is ready to be devoured.   • 1 package of imitation crab meat, chopped into small pieces;
  • 3 tomatoes, diced;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 3 tbsps. mayo, or to your taste;
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to your taste.

How to make crab salad with tomatoes from scratch:

  • Chop or slice crab sticks into small pieces with a knife. I like to have slices of crabsticks in the salad when you still feel the texture and chunk of it.

Cut crabsticks into slices

  • Chop tomatoes into desired size of bites. Do not forget to drain all the excess liquid to avoid sogginess in the salad.

  • Combine these two chopped ingredients in a deep bowl.

  • Press garlic and add mayo to the bowl.
