  • 500 g pork;
  • 160 g onion;
  • 3 tbsps. cold water;
  • ½ tsp. salt;
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper.

How to make a homemade filling for dumplings:

  • Cut meat into medium-sized pieces that will be easy to fit into the meat grinder.

  • Peel the onion and cut it into medium-sized pieces, too.

  • Put pork pieces through a meat grinder. Use the attachment with the smallest holes.

Grind meat

  • Grind onion next. On the other hand, you can start mixing these ingredients while grinding. Simply add them in turns.

  • Add the seasoning and pour three tablespoons of cold water.

Add salt pepper and water

  • Thoroughly mix the ingredients until smooth. Better do it by hand.
