I planned to use it in the recipe for making juicy glazing but unfortunately, I inconveniently ran out of it. As chicken breast becomes dry almost whenever cooked. In this recipe, we will be using some tricks to make cooked fillets juicy and tender. The first one is marinating. Let the chicken sit in the marinade at least 30 minutes before baking. The second trick is to use certain ingredients: juicy vegetables/fruits and some types of cheese, in particular tomatoes and mozzarella.
