Ingredients for Deviled Eggs:
- 3 eggs;
- 150 g mushrooms;
- 50 g onion;
- 50 g mayonnaise;
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- Fresh dill;
- Salt and black pepper to your taste.
How to make deviled eggs with mushrooms and onion at home:
- Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Slice mushrooms into small pieces.
- Heat oil in the skillet over medium to high heat. First, sauté onion for about 2 minutes until soft and translucent before adding mushrooms to the mix. Keep cooking vegetables for the additional 3 to 5 minutes. When the mixture is ready set it aside to cool down a bit.

- Carefully separate yolks from whites.
- Smash egg yolks with a fork and combine with sautéed veggies.
